MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS


Heidi Bergman, General Manager
As Escrowdesk’s General Manager, Bergman is responsible for strategic planning and recommending the implementation of new business processes and technology. With an emphasis on prioritizing crucial projects, Bergman manages all support staff and vendors, in-office training, and recruitment. She is responsible to the Escrowdesk investors for the product development and growth of the company.

Bergman brings extensive experience and real estate industry knowledge to the Escrowdesk management team. With more than twenty years in design, development and deployment of e-commerce-based systems and more than fifteen years experience in overseeing the building and management of multiple Web transaction-based projects, Bergman is well suited to direct the company’s e-business and technology strategy. Bergman is a co-owner of one of the real estate industry’s first desktop transaction coordination software solutions, REALControl™. In addition, she is the author of “The Essentials...Business Systems of the1990s,” a workbook defining new and innovative office systems for the real estate industry and first published in 1991.


Matthew Marconi, Operations Manager

Matt’s responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility as well as acting as primary backup to the general manager, Heidi Bergman. Marconi also participates in ongoing product development.

From 1998 to December 2003, Marconi was a customer service representative for Orange Coast Title Company, based in Santa Ana, CA. Previously he attended the University of Valencia in Valencia, Spain where he studied the Spanish language and government policy. With an extensive background in domestic and international politics, Marconi writes and speaks fluent Spanish. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Northern Arizona University and is currently applying to graduate school.


Christine Jacobsen Implementation/Client Relationship Manager

Christine’s role as Implementation/Client Relationship Manager is to focus on assisting clients in the process of adopting online transaction management within their companies. She will coach, mentor and motivate our clients throughout the term of their subscription agreement. She will provide in-depth one-on-one training using our web-partner, WebEx, as well as provide customized on-site training options, at the clients’ request.

Prior to joining Escrowdesk, Jacobsen was an Account Manager and Implementation Specialist for Fidelity National Financial where she managed Title Channel and Fidelity’s online transaction management solution. She provided inside sales, contract administration, customer site implementation, client training, account management and development of collateral sales material.
