1. Who is Escrowdesk?

Escrowdesk is a limited liability company headquartered in Santa Ana, CA. We are in the business of providing an on-line (Web-based) transaction management platform to the real estate industry, TrackMyFile.com. We are an 'open platform' which means that any real estate company or settlement services vendor (title, escrow, lender, and inspector) as well as consumers can participate in the real estate transaction from one centralized information source.


2. How long has Escrowdesk been in business?

Our technology has been in development since 1998. The limited liability company was formed in 2003 and the on-line transaction management product was launched in November of that year.


3. What sets TrackMyFile apart from the other Transaction Management Platforms (TMPs)?

TrackMyFile is reasonably priced, easy to use and it has been designed to be intuitive for its users. There are no upfront set up or training fees. The staff at TrackMyFile prides themselves on providing superior customer service and a quality product.


4. What is your long-term vision?

We are committed to streamlining the real estate transaction by providing 'real time' status of the sale, instantaneous access and document delivery as well as providing a powerful communication link to the various participants in the transaction. Our ultimate goal is to simplify the transaction process and to supply our users (the real estate professionals and consumers) with a smoother and faster closing experience by uniting the various settlement services providers under a universal technology platform.


5. How secure is your web site?

Extremely secure. Not only do we use 128 bit encryption but our users must provide a secure user name and password to enter the site. We have a SSL (secure socket layer) certificate issued by Verisign. We have multiple redundant, mirrored Legato servers housed at SBC Communications. 6. Do you sell your subscriber lists?

7. What are the fees associated with using the TrackMyFile?

We offer a range of payment options based upon closed transaction volume. There are no set up fees, no implementation fees, no training fees and no long distance toll charges to use our fax server. 8. What type of training do you provide for your clients?

We provide a variety of training options including onsite and Web based training. The method of connection that a user has with Escrowdesk will determine the type of training that is required. We offer training via an online, interactive tool, that allows us to work directly with our clients.


9. What are your support hours? What are your emergency hours?

Emergency hours = 24x7, 365; support hours = from 9:00 a.m. PST to 6:00 p.m. PST.


10. This sounds like it may be "technology challenging". Will using TrackMyFile lower my productivity level?

Not at all. TrackMyFile is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Its functionality (the ability to fulfill services and deliver status information in a standardized format to multiple customers from one central location) as well as the fact that its information is instantly accessible on the Internet equates to increased productivity.
