1. Who is Escrowdesk? Escrowdesk is a limited
liability company headquartered in Santa Ana, CA. We are in the
business of providing an on-line (Web-based) transaction
management platform to the real estate industry, TrackMyFile.com. We
are an 'open platform' which means that any real estate company or
settlement
services vendor (title, escrow, lender, and inspector) as well as consumers
can participate in the real estate transaction from one centralized information
source. Our
technology has been in development since 1998. The limited liability
company was formed in 2003 and the on-line transaction management
product was launched in November of that year. TrackMyFile
is reasonably priced, easy to use and it has been designed to be
intuitive for its users. There are no upfront set up
or training fees. The staff at TrackMyFile prides themselves on
providing superior
customer service and a quality product. We are committed to streamlining
the real estate transaction by providing 'real time' status of the
sale, instantaneous

and document delivery
