This document sets forth the privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") of Escrowdesk, LLC ("Escrowdesk") for the Web site, http://www.trackmyfile.com (the "Site"). The Privacy Policy forms part of the Subscription Agreement, Scope of Use.
Please be aware that Escrowdesk's Web site is not intended

Escrowdesk is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of those participants involved in your transaction (the 'Participants'). Escrowdesk does not use or disclose any of Your Contact Information (defined in the paragraph below) without your permission.
Here's how it works.
When you become a user of TrackMyFile.com, you provide us with contact information such as your name, company name, address, telephone number, text message number and email address. You also select a personal User Name and Password. Areas with a red asterisk are required by Escrowdesk in order to establish an account for you to use.
Escrowdesk does not have any proprietary interest in Your Contact
Information. Your Contact Information belongs to you.
Your Account Information: This information is stored on Escrowdesk's secure servers and is not shared with any outside parties. If you forget your password, you may send us a request and we will identify you though a series of criteria. Once we've validated who you are, your password will be emailed to you. You may change your password from within Your Contact Information at any time to maintain your privacy.
We do not sell, exchange or give Your Contact Information to any third-parties.
However, we use your Contact Information:
- For license reporting and assessment of service levels; and/or
- To better understand on an aggregated basis how our product is used, gauge traffic patterns and determine what type of content or services are most popular with our users.
Additionally, we use Your Contact Information:
- To verify access rights to content within the Site
- To provide you with information about Escrowdesk products, services, news and events through the Site.
- To provide you with personalized content options within your user account
- To allow other users of the Site to know that you are already a registered user when they try to invite you into a file.
We will provide you with Email Notifications as you permit.
We send all participants who are registered users of the Site an email notification when they are asked to participate in a transaction. You, as the user, determine the circumstances under which you will receive a system notification. These preferences are stored in your record under Notification Preferences. You may change these criteria at any time.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement which is not promotional in nature. For instance, if we are releasing a major product upgrade or if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send you such a notification. You can not opt-out of these communications.
Limited Data Sharing with Third Parties.
We may share aggregated statistical and anonymous information about users of the Site with affiliated business partners but no such information will be linked directly to Your Contact Information or any other personally identifiable information.
Although we will use every reasonable effort to maintain and preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose Your Contact Information, when required by law, if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Escrowdesk.
In the event that Escrowdesk goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition or the sale or all or a portion of our company, the servers containing Your Contact Information and the related transactional data connected to your account, will be part of the assets transferred to the new entity. Should such an event occur, you will be notified prior to the transition and Your Contact Information and related documentation will be transferred subject to all terms and restrictions contained in this Privacy Policy.
Existing registered users may share your contact information with us as part of a transaction in which you are a participant, and send you an invitation to register with the site as part of that transaction. This information may include your name, address, phone numbers, and email address. If you do not choose to accept the invitation and register with us, this information will be retained for up to 90 days, or as long as a transaction in which you are a participant is open, whichever is greater.
Escrowdesk is Committed to Protecting Your Privacy.
When you submit Your Contact Information or any other type of information pertaining to your use of the Site, this information is protected in several ways. We use a Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") for all client-server communication. Your Web-based access to Your Contact Information and any related transaction files is protected by an encrypted password. We recommend that you do not disclose your username and password to anyone. Your information resides on a firewall protected server that only selected Escrowdesk personnel may access.
Correcting and Updating Information.
If you are a registered user, you have the right to access, correct and update Your Contact Information at any time by logging on to your account and selecting the "Edit Contact Information" link. You may chose to no longer use the Site as a registered user, however, Your Contact Information will remain associated with the transaction files in which you were listed as a participant.
If you are not a registered user and wish to modify any
personal information we may have in our system, please contact us at the
address or phone number below.
Log Files
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes time and date stamp, username, browser type and internet service provider (ISP).
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We do not
link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable
information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use persistent cookies on this site. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time.

This privacy policy was last updated 08/03/05. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.
If, however, we intend to use Your Contact Information in a different manner than previously disclosed at the time of collection, we will notify you. You will have a choice as to whether or not we may use Your Contact Information in a different way. However, if you have turned off your notification preferences within your user account, then you won't be contacted.
