I just CLOSED my first file today! Yahoo! Very easy program to use. The agents I first used this with thought I was a class act with their transaction, because of the ability to have MASSIVE communication with ALL parties throughout this process. I logged on to my website last night and I love it, it is so user friendly. I spent over $300.00 for my other electronic file management program and I hate it. I bought 20 transactions and I started using it for one file and quit. It was very annoying, visually boring and just didn't make much sense. Anyways...
